The special's original sponsor for How The Grinch Stole Christmas

I read that during its original telecast in 1966 "How The Grinch Stole Christmas" was sponsored by The Coca-Cola Bottling Company and in later airings during its original run on CBS-TV was sponsored by Mattel. CBS aired the "Grinch" annually until 1987. But the original sponsor Coca-Cola was during the premiere telecast in 1966.
