Unbelievable! First they politically correct up the promos, "Protect your HOLIDAY tree", it ain't How the Grinch Stole Holidays, it's CHRISTMAS! THEN, they cut out the nesting doll waiter scene at the dinner table, and cut out bits and pieces of footage during the Grinch song as he's robbing the houses. UNBELIEVABLE!

At least the refreshed colorization wasn't as bad as other versions I've seen recently. It didn't have that awful hot pink and acid green that was so prominent in the Cartoon Network's version. Grinch is still too bright but the background had the right reds and blues. Or less jarring, at any rate.
shareCBS cut parts of it to add more commercials in the 1980's, so it's not the first time.
