DVD.

Dvdaficionado has listed that The Criterion Collection plans to release this title in the future. Can anyone confirm this allogation because if so, I'm very excited. I saw this film at "Film Forum" in NYC and it was wonderful; purely visual Godard.

A brilliant film, no doubt about it. I hadn't heard that rumor, but I hope it's true.

Orson Welles never made an all-yellow movie.

It will be out on DVD within the next year, I would guess. All of the films released theatrically by Rialto Pictures are eventually released by Criterion on DVD. So several months after it finishes its run on the theaters, expect to find it in the stores.

any update on Criterion releasing this?

i know Pierrot was released earlier, so they may be holding it off for 2009?

reply

There is already a DVD of this available in the UK from Nouveaux Pictures. Region 2, PAL. Excellent print, with 60 page booklet. You should get it. I assume you are not still enslaved by region encoding.

Criterion now lists both "2 or 3 Things I Know About Her" and "Made In U.S.A" as scheduled for release as of 21 July 2009.
