Funniest line

By the sixties, it was hard to see Wayne as anything but Wayne-the-icon, and this movie exploits the fact with this line, delivered by Kirk Douglas:

"Maybe you ought to stay off our side, Mike.
Nobody will ever believe it."

Words that gathered extra resonance some 14 years later when (for reasons having little to do with ideology) Wayne supported the Panama Canal Treaty.

I like it when Frank is loading the plane with seltzer bottles and says "where can I get a bet down on the other side". lol

Most of Topol's lines are also quite funny.

I think the funniest line isn't spoken - it's when the fighter makes it's final run on Frank's plane and he shoots back by squirting the seltzer bottle.
