Yep, like a lot of others I was a teen when I first saw this movie, or did I just remember it that first time because I was a teen. Anyway, thank you Fenella for your wonderful contribution :P.
Yup, I agree too. Shame she didn't do more Carry On's - and more films/TV in general! I heard she was quite a 'go-er' back in her day!
I think Kenneth Williams was a bit jealous of her - he made some comments about her in his diaries. BTW I passed her in one of the London Underground stations some years ago looking very elegant in a sort of turban! I wish I had asked her for an autograph but I didn't want to hassle her.
