TCM showing it in 2 hrs! ACHTUNG!

1-24-11 at 1500 USA PST. I'm recording to dvd! This is one of those movies you used to see played on tv in the late 1960s and 1970's, but no more!

One has to suspend a certain amount of belief for most (if not all) movies, but this one requires total suspension. I'm doing quite a bit of laughing - except for when I'm eyeballing Ms. Lisi.

Did you get the non-transmission color bars for atleast 10 min.? We did here in San Diego, Grrrrrrrr. Figures, SwineHundts!

My DVD recorder decided to sleep through it. Just one question. Did TCM show it widescreen? If not, I still have the VHS copy that is still pretty good.

Yes Sir. Shown in widescreen...about 40 min. in the picture went out for at least 10 min...I was dvding SAC starring Jimmy Stewart a year or so also on TCM and the same thing happened! Irritating to say the least, on movies that aren't on dvd yet!

I saw that it was playing last night & am guessing that I had last seen it on TV nearly 40 years ago. Yes, not the most realistic movie but still a lot of fun. I also appreciate Virna Lisi more now than I did as a 12 year old.
