How come the Run Time on the Second Run DVD is 13 minutes shorter than the 98 minutes stated on IMDb? Does Rund Time sell an incomplete version or is IMDb wrong?

The official runtime of this film is 85 mins. (25fps, PAL) There is no director's version or longer version or something.
The IMDb is not infallible ;-)
