Actually I think it was a Colt Woodsman; the credits thanked Colt firearms for the props; it also sort of stood out at the beginning when the East German (or whatever) soldier chasing Stefanik & the guy who looked like Tim Robbins was carrying an M-16 instead of a German or Soviet weapon.
