Can I point out to everyone that this isn't the trailer for "Africa Addio", it's the trailer for "Africa: Blood and Guts" the much shorter (and somewhat sick) English language version that was put together (against the directors wishes) by the USA distributer.
Also, it contains genuine human suffering and death. It's really pretty nasty.

Yes, Eli Roth mentions in his commentary how the U.S. distributor re-edited "Africa Addio" to turn it into an exploitation film called "Africa: Blood and Guts." I wish IMDb had separate entries for both films, but that would confuse people also. At least the U.S. title makes it clear that the recut version is gruesome. From what I understand, "Africa Addio" was gruesome as well, but it had context.
