Re: Episode 15: The Terrifying Cosmic Rays

I just watched the episode where cosmic rays cause a boy's 2-D drawing to come to life. Am I the only one who felt sorry for the monster, in both of its forms? I mean geez. All it wanted to do was sleep!

I'm thinking about forming a new organization: People for the Ethical Treatment of Monsters!

Yeah, I just mentioned this episode in another thread on this board, about how Ultraman was brutal. I don't think he was, because he was fighting monsters bent on destroying the world--or at least one small H0-scale part of it--so they got what they deserve. But in the case of Gabadon, he didn't bother anyone. And when the team debated what to do, Ito even suggested just erasing the drawing after the monster changed back at night. But Captain Mura noted how its very presence frightened everyone out of the city, so no one was doing any work "in the factories and farms." So, assemble the team with an A-4 loadout, and blast away!

The bigger the government, the smaller the citizen.
