Batman vs Riddler boxing match

I don't think it was fair for Batman to box against The Riddler. For security purposes, Batman can't remove his mask (which could double as a protective gear), but he should give the Riddler one made of the same material. For one who fights on the side of Justice, and also serves as commissioner of the Gotham City boxing commission as Bruce Wayne, this was wrong.
