Why Was Joker and other Villains not credit for Cassandra episode?.

In Cassandra episode why were Joker/Catwoman /Penguin/Riddler/Egghead and Kingtut not credit in episode?.

reply

Most likely because the "name" actors who normally played them did not appear, just "stand-ins".

Maybe they were talking about the cameos that production inserts in scene with main super-villain of that episode! Not sure credits are given when regulars like Julie Newmar playing Catwoman in jail show for about 10 seconds!  

Yes, that's understood. First there was shot of them being let out of their prison cells; later there was a scene with all of them viewed from the back sitting in chairs while Cassandra gave them "instructions".

Referring to the "Ma Parker" episode, I presume. True, Newmar was not credited for her appearance. But then, her appearance was not integral to the plot, just a little "icing". It was treated like all the other uncredited "cameos", such as the many Bat-climb cameos. Whereas in the Cassandra episode the villains' presence was a central plot point, however short. It's just that it wasn't "really them", merely stand-ins.

If I recall correctly, none of those villains actually spoke in that episode. If an actor doesn't have any lines, he is considered and extra and receives no credit.
