From the wikipedia entry:
"The series was released by Network Video on Region 2 and by Umbrella Video (Australia) on Region 0 DVD. Commentaries were recorded by Sue Lloyd, Johnny Goodman and Cyril Frankel amongst others."

In searching for future TV series release dates on AMAZON.COM today, I discovered that THE BARON: THE COMPLETE SERIES (1966), is available for preorder for $53.99, to be released on 3/10/09.
