Same Rolls as in "Goldfinger?"

Was "The Yellow Rolls-Royce" the same car that appeared as Auric Goldinger's car in the 1964 James Bond film "Goldfinger?" It sure looks the same.

In "Goldfinger," Sean Connery as 007 comments on the car, calling it a "Phantom III '37," although trivia here on the IMDB identifies "The Yellow Rolls-Royce" as a 1930 model.

According to a contributor on IMDb trivia for The Yellow Rolls Royce it was a 1931 Phantom II. The same curving roadway was the other connection to Goldfinger.
