I can only narrow it down:
she is either
Moa Tahi ... A.G. chief (as Moha Tahi)
Victoria Zinny ... A.G. agent (as Victoria Zinn) or
Rosemary Martin ... A.G. agent (uncredited)
see if you can locate a movie w/ one of these in it ands i.d. her, she is pretty, nice lil' nose, too.

Okay, check this out: I have not been able to i.d. her, but I realize now why I messed up, it's because that same actress DOES play a gamma agent, but in a different movie. Check out 'the snow devils'; look at the group of scientists/agents grouped around the telecom screen (this is near the end RIGHT before the heroes see callisto in the viewport of the spaceship.)
SHE is at the bottom of the group, operating the screen!
Yeah, I checked extended cast list, nada.
