Just FYI, I found this movie not under "City in the Sea" but the title in the subject line.
I actually found it very entertaining -- and I thought I saw all of Vincent Price's movies!
I know that for some The City Under the Sea might be a little passive in its imagery ... but really War- Gods of the Deep? LOL! Rather extreme I would have thought.🐭
shareThe print of this movie that is regularly shown on British television (in fact I just watched it yesterday - for the umpteenth time - on the Horror channel) has City Under the Sea in the opening titles, but War Gods of the Deep on the end credits. Personally I prefer the latter title, if only because this film would make a great double bill with Warlords of Atlantis (1978).
