I think this is no longer avaiable on dvd in the UK.
This surprises me because it is of great historical and film history interest
Yeah, it's been like that for years, dunno why. You can buy it if you're prepared to pay silly money for it. It's not worth £40!
I think I rented mine from Lovefilm.
