Funniest part of the movie

It really shouldn’t. In the novel, the growth substance was first given to chickens. Then it was given to children of the village and they grew to be at least 40 ft tall. That is following the same lines as in this movie. The ducks first then the teenagers (what H.G. Wells did not foresee was the rock n roll!).

A decade later, Bert I. Gordon would indeed do FOOD OF THE GODS, but it would not be as fun as his VILLAGE OF THE GIANTS.
