does a region 1 version exist?

The "Uproar In Heaven (40th Anniversary Edition) (China Version)" DVDs are region 0, but the "wrong" format (NTSC/PAL?) for North America. No English dub/sub but both the regular and the collector's edition seem to be out-of-stock in most on-line stores (came out about a year ago).

Hopefully, the next "re-print" will come with English subs... ;^)

look on ebay. there is a seller who does all region dvds. apparently they are official too!
