This movie has a original score composed for and played by a traditional Chinese orchestra-- so you won't find the music anywhere else but on the movie DVD/VCD. It has a very Chinese opera-inspired feel, which is consistent with its Chinese opera-inspired character designs.
The traditional Chinese orchestra is actually traditionally and commonly used in the film scores of Chinese period movies right up to 1990's, though only a few animated films like "Uproar in Heaven" and "Nezha Conquers the Dragon King" have "through-composed" scores with lots of music.
If he could read my mind, he would have gone-- "Wha..?"
