Connie Stevens' new nose publicly debuts in 'Guillotine' !

Connie Stevens who played both Cassandra and Melinda in the "Guillotine" showed the world for the first time publicly her new nose job.Her last film "Palm Springs Weekend" (1963) she had her old nose.Between the end of 1963 to the start of 1964 she had the operation.Quite a shock to the public and her fans.Something like that is done when an actress is just starting out in show business and his young.When Connie had the new pinched nose job she was already 25 years old and a big star at Warner Bros.Though with the new look it gave her a barbie doll sexy image but missing was the old Connie persona.A pretty young woman with alot of character and depth.Connie took quite a big gamble with doing the new changeover.It could have affected her singing voice.Cesar Romero who played Cassandra's father and Melinda's husband was just wonderfull in the film.His part was that of a man who truly loved his wife but could never accept she was dead through a fault of his.An accident that killed her.In his emotionally disturbed mind from the tragedy,when he saw that his daughter Cassie,all grown up look so much like the dead wife,he saw Melinda coming back into his life.
