Musical group in the nightclub?
There is a soul group playing in the club they go to featuring two African-American singers singing "Go, go, go, go" and something about a monkey. Can anyone identify them and the song?

George and Teddy, backed by the Condors, were a duo Sly Stone wrote and produced in the mid-60's. Sly was a San Fran DJ by day and staff producer for Autumn Records by night, he produced the Beau Brummel's hits and the original "Somebody To Love" by Great Society. There are a few more great G and T songs on the CD, "Precious Stone: In the Studio With Sly Stone" (1994). Someone should forward this to the esteemed Alec Palao, compiler of that disc as well as a co-producer of the NUGGETS box sets!
The link no longer works.
