Is this a rip off of Dracula?

Well please, elaborate on how this lovely little tale of madness has anything to do with Dracula.

Or are you just trolling around and generally making an ass of yourself? Looking through your history, that seems to be an overwhelming theme...

Well the Poe Story predates Stoker's Dracula, so I would say not.

Plot wise and it doesn't really much resemble Dracula, apart from them both having Gothic horror themes.

So no it isn't.
