Hey, was just looking at a recent criterion newsletter that said this was out of print. But the website criterionco.com doesn't say this at all and there's still copies for sale on amazon.
is this a misprint or is it really going out of print?
Yes, it is going out of print, I emailed Criterion and they said it is out of print for good. I am so glad I have a copy, this is such a beautiful movie.

It looks like they are going to re-release it. On deep discount they have a different cover, and it says criterion on it. check it out:
