That hat's too far back on your head!

If you notice the first man when he gets up and puts on the hat, just before he opens the door to find his doppelganger there looking at him, it's already too far back, so when she tells the new guy "it's too far back" that's hogwash. Go back and look at the two characters and you'll see what I mean.

Also, in the next scene when the impostor's in the car, it's back too far again. The actor/costume people clearly didn't listen to the scene.

"Fine. You want to eat? Let's see if you can eat... PIZZA!!!"

Maybe that was to show that the imposter truly didn't deserve the extra $150,000 he held up SPECTRE for and that he was clearly a bufoonish bad guy.
