Running time???

There is a lot of confusion over the running time, IMDB has 112m, AFI (American Film Institute) also lists 112m but there is a note that copyright length is 103m and when it opened in London it ran 96m, the BBFC (British Bord of Film Classification) has 2 versions one of them scope both 108m, MFB (Monthly Film Bulletin) listing is 96m, and the version I watched sourced from U.S.A. TCM (NTSC format) ran 99m!
Anyone seen a version longer than 99m, and or explain the above mess.
