Does anyone know with a confirmed source if any of this movie was filmed in Lancaster, PA? Thank you.

Lancaster's Penn Square was seen in the opening, including the Watt & Shand building and Civil War monument.

That's interesting. I assumed it was all filmed in California. Certainly that farm was very much not in Pennsylvania.
