Okay, it's forgivable, but...
In the subway scene when Sol is having the flashbacks about the Nazi camp, he is on his way to work. When he steps out of the subway, he's at the Hoyt station, which is way down in Brooklyn. He then walks out of the station to work, which is at 116th St. and Park Ave., nowhere near the Hoyt station.
You are absolutely right, that is a goof. That Hoyt street station was filmed on an unused platform that appears in many movies through the years.
