The last segment by Claude Chabrol (about the boy and the ear-plugs). What about you?

I liked Rouch's segment the most ("Gare du Nord").

The whole anthology is a bit of a disappointment to me, with not much really standing out. It gives a series of interesting glimpses of Paris in the 1960s, if nothing else.

Agreed. Gare du Nord stirred up the most emotion, and the most discussion. What would you have done? And the character of the young woman is very true: complain and complain, but in the end loyal and true.

I'd go with Chabrol. He really communicates the unbearability of the kids' life.

I enjoyed Place de l'Étoile. They weaved the story into the location really nicely.

The contrast between the hooker and the timid guy in Rue Saint-Denis was also a lot of fun.
