Clunky but enjoyable

Considering it was made in 1965 this looks remarkably old fashioned. But I assume it is very low budget and perhaps they just recycled the sets from space films made a decade or two earlier.
But it's OK to watch and the themes are all up to date - near collisions with space junk, finding water on the moon and fighting a deadly alien bacteria.
