Sophia Loren's character at the end? TCM cutt down this movie? 6 o'clock

Did TCM cutt down this movie? It says "117 min / 109 min (TCM print)", and who plays Sophia Loren's character at the end? Is that Sophia Loren transformed, or is it an actress who looks alote like Sophia Loren?
Also, why do TCM always seem to show this movie at 6'O'clock in the morning?
TCM is showing the same movies today, that they showed some years ago when it was called TNT.
"seven brides, seven brothers", "sam, hercules, Ulysses", "get carter", "clash of the titans", spencer tracy/katharine hepburn movies.
I've never seen a channel like TCM, that runs the same movies and never seem to change, i don't complain, but i would like to see other Sophia Loren movies too.
