And apparently it isn't him - this site and TCM both called it wrong.

Well, TCM called it wrong. But this site merely says "Brian Wilson - Beach Boy". I think what they mean is that this actor, named Brian Wilson, is a boy on the beach, not a "Beach Boy" as in "THE BEACH BOYS".

I would think that if it were Brian Wilson of the The Beach Boys they'd have that info in the "Trivia" section.

Just my humble opinion.

Well, try checking things a little further - the link for this 'Brian Wilson' goes to an IMDb page for *that* Brian Wilson of "The Beach Boys"; so if he *didn't* appear in the movie, BOTH TCM & IMDb got it wrong...

I can't tell you if it's THE Brian Wilson, but there for sure is a Brian Wilson in this movie (along with other Beach movies). He's listed in the credits on the dvds.

For years I thought it was Beach Boy Brian Wilson. It is not. It is son of the Wilson House of Suede family of Los Angeles. Same name, different person.
