Favorite Beatle

Okay all of you Beatle fans out there... which is your favorite.

Mine is George Harrison.

I love them all to bits, but I'm going through a Paul faze. Ringo's also creeping up there, for the first time ever!

In all kinds of leather, we'll rhino together!

reply

They're all great! I suppose my favourite is Ringo because everyone parties with Ringo.

I'd have to say mine is John Lennon. The man was a sexy beast. And amazing songwriter, activist, he was just all around great.

reply

Mine is George Harrison. He's the only person I ever wrote a fan letter to, when I was about 10 years old.....no he didn't write back :(

reply

Ringo. My mom makes fun of me because he is the "least likable Beatle"...or so she says...

reply

Funny, I'd say he was the most likable. Ringo tended to like everyone and everyone tended to like Ringo.

That is very true.

As for my favourite Beatle, depends what you mean by favourite: if you mean who do I find the most attractive then I'd say George Harrison. If you mean who I found the most talented I'd say John. If you mean the favourite in terms of success and attractiveness in general, I'd say Paul. If you mean who I think is the best in personality wise, I'd say Ringo.

They were each such individuals it's hard to pick but for some reason I favored George because he seemed rather introspective.

I was born in 1967, I have always enjoyed their music. Recently, I read that in their contract which was up for auction, they refused to play to all white audiences. Sadly, due to the atmosphere of the times, death threats were a real concern, I think that was the main reason they stop touring, plus all except Paul were married and probably wanted to settle down at home. All four were cute, but I think George was the best looking. Maybe he had a suntan, but in some pictures, his complexion is a little darker than the others. I'm thinking maybe his family has partial Italian or Gypsy roots. Liverpool is very racially diverse since it is a port town.

i am 17 and i have been in love with john lennon for about 10 years
i listen to him everyday and watch him all the time
i really hate mark david chapman.

reply

Seriously, *beep* that guy. I mean he was obviously severely mentally deranged, but how much worse can you represent America by shooting a Brit who chose to live here?

My favourite Beatle is Paul -- even though he's badly broken my heart and I want to sue him, he is/was cute, sexy, lovable, charming, optimistic, a simple country boy and child-like.

The Beatles were right; all you need is love.

Paul and George are my favourites, but John is the deep thinker, and Ringo is the funniest, with George a close second.

George Harrison all the way.

George Harrison is the most similar to meself, and he's hot of course... Paul is cute and everything but the one I'd least get along with honestly... John is that arrogant type I'm attracted to so much (lol! love him for so many reasons), and Ringo of course = love. So funny. and easy-going.
So, I'd have to say it's a four-way tie.

John. It's always been John.

I was born on December 8th, so there's a strange/special bond there, in a way. hah.

Paul used to be #2 for me, but George has taken that spot in the past couple of years.

Good ole Georgie wins in my book. But I'd somehow forgotten how adorable young Paul was in this movie XD

reply

I love them all, and i think each one is extremely talented. but i would have to say Paul is my favourite!!!:)

reply

I would have to say John Lennon. I truly feel in my heart that John Lennon introduced me to the concept of "cool" when I discovered The Beatles at the age of 8. It was the fall of 1966 when a babysitter brought 3 Beatle albums over with her. She randomly put on side 2 of "A Hard Day's Night". "Tell Me Why" came screaming out of my parent's console stereo and I haven't been the same since. THANK YOU Connie MacIntyre, Rantoul,Illinois High School - Class of 1967!!! Wherever you are!!!

Lennon!

reply

I like them all but I always go for George or John.

reply

Ringo.
I've always loved, ever since I was a little girl. I always thought he was the funniest and most childlike. In a strange turn events after I had forgotten about almost all of that, I fell in love with a man who looks an awful lot like Ringo did in the days he spent with the Beatles.

John Lennon- that beautiful man.

These topics are great! So cool that after 40 yrs people are still having this discussion. Anyway, theres something I like/find attractive about all four.

Paul-my favorite and my personality is similar to his-goofy, irreverent, personable, adorable, and kind of a dork(I don't think he ever really lost that dorkiness which I love). Of course Paulie was the 'cute'one but could also be/look whatever, extremely hot in alot of pictures! . Hes also a gentleman, respectful and has class..remember, he never talked bad about Heather in public. Still sweet all around.

George-In terms of "classic hotness" most def. But what I like most was that he had the whole "artist/philisophical/deep/intellectual" thing going on that I find insanely attractive(I can be like that too). Plus, his belifes I find really refreshing and I happen to have that life philosophy anyway. Beautiful inside and out (he also looked the best with the long hair).

John-Genius in every sense of the word (obviously). Brilliant, witty, wise, insiteful, and intelligent. One of themost intreguing and unique people ever, definately had some intersting perspecives on life, politics etc and while I don't agree with some of them, his words make you think. Looks wise, I never thought he was all that great looking but lately his looks have been growing on me(the Help clip on utube where they're on a bench at 1:47 OMG)...But my "Lennon is so freaking sexy" period is the early 70s with the shag and colored sunglasses(!). Btw his voice was/is the best thing about him-raw,strong,hot,and addicting.

Ringo-Still don't know where I stand yet but I think he was the funniest but they all were. Def had the prettiest eyes and I always liked the nose!

I'll put it another way: I would date Ringo, have an affair with George, one night stand John, and marry and procreate with Paul!!!

Beatles=Love...literally :)

reply

My favorite is George. He's intellectual, and we've got pretty much the same personality. John comes in at a close second. He's got the greatest sense of humor, like in AHDN, he was the one that made me laugh the hardest. Not to mention, he was friends with David Bowie...and they wrote "Fame" together. I have to love anyone who is friends with Bowie!

Pray that there's intelligent life somewhere up in space 'cos its bugger all down here on Earth.
