ALL Missing Scenes

I know that in the original cut:

-The Garden scene was longer, with the sound of every coin being heard.
-There was a scene with the shadows of crosses going over Baby Jesus.
-The suicide of Judas was also different, I believe.
-There was a close-up of John Wayne's face when he said his line.

So, other than the aforementioned changes and the changes to Alfred Newman's score, what other changes were made to original version for the versions we see regularly today? If anyone knows, please type them into this message board!
