TGSET vs KOK
Both movies were made in the sixty wich one of this Jesus movies were good?
shareI'd venture to say that they are both good, but in very different ways. KOK tells Jesus' story as it related to nascent Roman faith and Jewish rebellion; GSET tells Jesus' story as it is spread throughout the Gospel narratives, without focusing on any particular element in Jesus' biography (although it does, like KOK, have some excellent dialogues and scenes involving Roman and Jewish authority). I'd recommend them both, with the prior understanding that they tell the story from differing perspectives.
