Hey everyone who's a fan of this movie-have you looked at the release date?
July 1st is the 40th anniversary of the release. I have an idea-everyone-rent or buy or get out your copy and cook popcorn and invite your friends over and have a birthday bash and a half to celebrate!
Wouldn't that be cool? And then we can all share-and make it sort of a RL/cyber happening!
I was only 3 years old when this movie was released but I have seen it on Cable TV several times (Time-Warner) and would like a PERFECT copy of it on VHS tape for the simple reason of preserving it in that format.

Just tonight I got a copy on DVD (I am in Australia). Had never seen it on DVD before tonight, so I am wondering if the DVD release is only fairly recent.
Not many extras sadly - just a Behind the Scenes Documentary.
