The car Rosie drives is a Triumph TR3 Probably a 1958 or 59. Billie is driving an MGA looks like a 1958 or 59 too. The boy friend is driving an MGB.
Having had a 1959 MGA, I can vouch for the scene where she bails out of the car and dives in the lake. If you drove very far in the Mojave dessert you'd dive in the nearest mud puddle to cool off. It's hard to imagine with a roadster, but they are like an oven in the summer.
I'm pretty sure Varla's driving a 356...

It's said that the Porsche 356C that Varla drove in this film actually belonged to the director Russ Meyers.
BTW, Tura Satana was a Porsche owner in real life...a Porsche 914. She once corresponded with a Porsche 914 forum I belong to. Really nice lady...sorry to have lost her recently. RIP Tura :(
