Remade as Texas Chainsaw Massacre?

Faster Pussycat has remarkable similarities to TCM.

Everyday kids naively stumble into a situation far from aid. Boy (Tommy) is killed. Woman (Linda) is stalked. A retarded hulk ("The Vegetable") does the bidding of the wheelchair-bound patriarch "She's just as purty, boy, only I ain't as sane in this one." A semi-prudent brother ("Kirk") serves as a measure of the insanity. The girl, mute from fear and panic-struck, attends a bizarre family dinner. Girl escapes and is pursued through wilderness by the near mute Vegetable whose motive is rape. (TCM equal is Leatherface needing to penetrate virgins with his "chainsaw".)
