She was so cute and charming, I wonder why she didnt become a huge star, anyone know what happened to her?

She sort of looks like the little girl who played Tracy Richards in the movie, Oh, God! Book II. I wonder if anyone else noticed it? On this site, it gives her name as Louanne Sirota.
