It's too bad Fu Manchu never had a crossover battle
with the hero of another film franchise at that time in the 1960's: Tarzan! That would've been an awesome battle!

Fu would have made an excellent opponent for pulp hero Doc Savage.
Send her to the snakes!
You need to read the French pulp novel, City of Gold and Lepers, by Guy D'Armen. In it, his hero, Doctor Francis Ardan, a proto-Doc Savage adventurer/scientist, takes on Dr. Natas, who was a Fu Manchu pastiche (one of many, from that era). Black Coat Press has a translated version, with some revisions by Jean-Marc and Randy Lofficier, to make it a bit more like Doc Savage and Fu Manchu.
Fortunately, Ah keep mah feathers numbered for just such an emergency!
Well, he did. Nayland Smith and Dr. Petrie were essentially carbon copies of Holmes & Watson.

I was thinking that Nayland Smith and Petrie were like Holmes and Watson too. Nigel Green would have made a more sober Holmes had he ever played that character.
