Serious goof in the movie

End of the movie the 30-year-old "teen" gang defeats the THE EYE CREATURES with the headlights from their cars.

However, when the two main characters Stan Kenyon & Susan Rogers hit the very first wandering "Eye Creature" (by driving with their non-functional headlights), the lightning in the background illuminates the dead "Eye Creature"

The cranky old man calls the police about Smoochers on his property.

Later Stan calls his buddy wearing the full length sweater-dress and tells him to empty the fridge. Later when Stan goes back at 35 minutes in the dead Eye Creature is illuminated by the headlights of the car and it doesn't vanish like flash paper.

Of course with a budget of $16,000 you really cannot expect much.
The movie cost less than an elaborate theater stage play, but more than a stop-motion clay animation.
