That is referring to the lead character's "female" personality. Early in the film, he supposedly "kills" "her" in the apartment that he keeps on the side. Yet, he brings "her" back later, to go after his wife and father. Keep in mind, we're actually not supposed to figure out (!!!!) that the OBVIOUS man in drag, is also the lead character, till the end of the film.

I know. That was a hilarious expectation on the part of the filmmakers. It actually made me decide to watch the whole thing. It was one of those "so bad, it's good" movies.
