Final hand is rare, but not so improbable

It always bothers me when 'experts' say how the odds of that final hand are so improbable that it makes a joke of the movie.

Really? Watch the following video and then let's talk about improbable!

The odds of the Cincinnati Kid hand are about 45M to 1. The odds of a Royal Flush vs Quad Aces is 2.7 BILLION to 1!!! And, yet, it happens!

Any hand that can happen WILL happen, eventually. If I worked out the odds on some of the bad beats I've been involved with, I'm sure a couple of them would rank up there near the Cincinnati Kid hand.

It boggles the mind. That guy was happy but I don't think even he knew the odds were so high...now here's a card trick you might appreciate: https://youtu.be/rsW8NSzpih8

Different game. The odds are smaller for two monsters in Texas Hold 'Em than Five Card Stud. Both players in the video used the Ad. Impossible in Stud, of course.
