Brigand of Kandahar out on R2 DVD Jan 16 2012

Studio Canal has remastered this film, along with the 1963 Hammer adventure The Scarlet Blade, on DVD. They are both scheduled for release on 16 January 2012.

I've heard Brigand is a dud, though I've seen Scarlet Blade a couple times on TV, and it's not bad. Delighted they've both been given a release, anyway, 'cause any Hammer's good Hammer as far as I'm concerned -- even the bad ones. :D
