Location of Apartment?

Gotta love that IMDB's locations listing for "Boeing Boeing" simply reads: "Paris, France". I did read one nice write-up online that expanded the list a little with entries like "Orly Airport, the Bois de Boulogne, the Champs Elysees, the Etoile with its Arc de Triomphe, the Place de la Concorde, and the area around the Cathedral of Notre Dame." I'm guessing that the exterior shots of the apartment were filmed near the Champs Elysees (at the very least, there's a scene in which Jerry Lewis strolls past the nearby Victor Hugo Cafe on his way back to the apartment). Does anyone know where the apartment is located?
