Most pro-terrorism film since V For Vendetta

V for Vendetta was released after this film.

I didn't get that impression at all. Remember, the movie pointed out that the terrorism did not serve its intended purpose (independence from France), but that independence was achieved via peaceful means just a few years later.

Don't listen to the negative ones; their arguments are irrational.

This film is actually pretty even-handed in showing both sides as wrong. The reason why many see it as a pro-terrorism film is that any decent minded person would side with the Algerians over the French, and thus the tactics of the FLN almost seem appropriate.

I disagree. In TBOA bombs blow up, innocent people die, and then the other side retaliates with even worse. All the violence doesnt improve anything for either side.

In V for Vendetta, they blow up the building, everyone cheers, the bad guys are taken down, and it ends happily.

Just because TBOA makes you sympathize with the Algerians doesnt mean that it is Pro-Terrorism. You can sympathize with them and understand the situation they are in while simultaneously disapproving of their strategy to get out of it.
