The entire film crew is visible in the final scene of the movie

I noticed this recently when I watched the movie on TCM.

First, in the final scene, the reflection of a man in a ball cap is clearly visible in the back window as Lee Remick is getting into the car.

Then, even worse, as the car backs up, one can see the entire crew reflected in the side of the car, along with lights and booms. I don't think I've ever seen a more blatant example of sloppy filmmaking in my life. How is it nobody ever caught it before releasing the film?

Apparently, I'm not the only one who caught this, since, I see, it is already included in the "goofs" section. Should have checked there first, I guess.

Wildly inept! It's this important, emotional scene, and even though it's glaringly obvious, they still shot it that way.
