I wish people would stop ........

....making it seem as if the ENTIRE three year run gravitated around The Great Vegetable Rebellion . Enough! Knock it off! It's not funny anymore.

Like it or not, that's what people think.

It could be worse, it could be like "St Elsewhere", where they can't even sell it in syndication because of the stupid ending. At least you got to see LIS on some stations over the years.

There's no one to blame but Allen, who did that to all his shows. Makes you wonder about his private life, with his love of rubber.......

I was watching a documentary about Irwin Allen on SyFy a long time ago. In one segment June Lockhart said that she and Guy Williams were having such a hard time not to laugh when they were filming The Great Vegetable Rebellion that Irwin had them written out of the next two episodes.

Fasten your seatbelts, it's going to be a bumpy night.

I wish the same, but it seems people will invariably fixate on the one offbeat episode and dismiss a whole series because of it.

THE MAN FROM U.N.C.L.E. board is filled with trolls citing Solo dancing the watusi with a man in a gorilla suit as reason to write off the entire series as stupid.

Even STAR TREK isn't immune from people trying to torpedo its reputation by bringing up the "gangster planet," "Nazi planet," and "space hippies," which in context were all actually pretty enjoyable episodes.

All we can do is fight the good fight and encourage the naysayers to invest the time into watching the whole series. I bet they won't regret it!

You forgot the Earp Brothers and Doc Holiday

Those who are fans of show know better. It could sometimes be a show quite painful to watch, but it had bright moments on occasion.
