The Theme Song - Query

G'day,

I know that there was at least two versions of the (opening) theme - an instrumental, and one with the "Kimba the White Lion was his name" lyrics.

But... It doesn't sound "right" to me. It's too slow...

I would have been watching Kimba here in Australia circa 1980 - 85... Does anyone know if there was a more up-tempo version of the theme made by the 80's???
