Production Order?

I know that 'Affair in T'Sien Cha' is the pilot, but I'm curious about the production order of other episodes.

I was able to find, online, production order lists for shows like Man From UNCLE and Mission: Impossible, etc. And it usually makes the show more enjoyable to see the episodes in their correct order.

Does such a list exist for I Spy?

Can anyone point me towards it? Thanks.

I Spy: A History and Episode Guide to the Groundbreaking Television Series by Marc Cushman and Linda J. LaRosa has the episodes in production order as reconstructed by the authors based on the original episode numbering (which was apparently a little screwy and easy to misinterpret thanks to the very complex production and post-production schedule; episodes were often shot simultaneously and in several pieces and places). This book is an excellent read -- I highly recommend it! The list itself is not up anywhere on the Internet as far as I know.

Wow. I cannot thank you enough. So, so fast.

I am very grateful. And a little bit stunned.

No problem. I also think I Spy makes more sense in production order (though maybe "intended order" would be a better term, given the crazy production schedule? There actually are small intentional bits of continuity scattered in there here and there, along with the discontinuities...) so I copied the list for my own use and later typed it up to share with others. I hadn't had an occasion to do Season 3 yet so really I should be thanking you :-)

Happy viewing!

Yes, a lot of shows make more sense in production order. I'm not sure what else you are into, but I've sourced (usually online) lists for other shows (Mission: Impossible, UNCLE, Avengers, etc.). Nothing that's very hard to find, of course, if you go searching online but a few are from magazines and things. So they are slightly 'rarer'.

Anyway, if there's any show lists YOU are looking for, then let me know. I might be able to help.
